Requirements for Claim
-Policed Report/Notarized Affidavit of Claim
-Photocopy of OR/CR
-Photocopy of Insurance Policy
-Photocopy of Driver's License w/ OR
-Estimate of Damage Area
-Pictures of Damage area
-Pictures of Plate no.
Procedure in Insurance Claim
-Pass the complete documents needed
-Forward the documents to Insurance Co.
-Insurance Co.will schedule the vehicle for Inspection
-Insurance Co. will evaluate the estimated amount for the damaged vehicle
-LOA (Letter of Authority) will be released to HCBL thru fax or email.
-Service advisor handling the unit will check the approved amount if it matches the repair estimate
-If the LOA matches with the repair estimate, we will order the parts and materials needed
-If the parts and materials is complete, then there our Service Advisor will inform our costumer when to bring in the vehicle for repair.
